If you weren't happy with the jewelry you receive we would be more than happy to have it returned or exchanged them for you within 7 days of package receipt date. Jewelry returned within this return period will be eligible for a full refund ( Including outbound shipping fees that was paid while ordering the item). 

Returns & exchanges are as easy as 1, 2, 3! Follow these 3 steps for a hassle free process. - Mark the Items you would like to send back on the Original or a copy of the original Invoice and write Return, Exchange or Store Credit on the receipt. - If you would like to exchange, please email our studio at returns@pradman.com to reserve your replacement item. - Place your unworn, unaltered & non-damaged merchandise and receipt in a package of your choice.

We primarily ship with USPS Priority within 50 states in the USA.

All our packages are shipping via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. Transit time is about 3-5 days. This does NOT include lead time for production. Our Lead time/Handling time is 1-2 days. This may vary in Holidays Schedule. 

Priority Express Shipping takes 1-2 days within the USA and you may choose this option on checkout. You will have the option to choose your shipping method in the drop-down menu when you check out. Express delivery is guaranteed by USPS.

If you need your order rushed, please make sure to select an expedited form of shipping. Also, please note the date you need it by (in the "notes" section) so we can work to make it happen, or contact you if it’s cutting it too close and discuss options.



Transit times can vary GREATLY. 
Occasionally packages can be SUBSTANTIALLY DELAYED, up to 45 days, but the usual transit time is 7-14 days.

When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs. We do NOT have any control over this, it's in the hands of your country's customs officials. Please understand you are taking a risk in buying internationally that your package may be delayed up to 7 weeks. This is not common, but it happens occasionally. Once we've shipped your package, we can't do anything with it once it's in the hands of customs officials and your country's postal service...and sometimes they unfortunately take their sweet time!

We have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates! Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that I have no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges. You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies.

If your order was shipped with USPS, the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port (like CHICAGO, IL, 60666, US), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
